I have been involved with various aspects of real estate for more than thirty years; more than twenty years’ experience as a residential agent and earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). The designation reflects experience, performance and meeting extensive educational requirements. My goal is to simplify the process of selling or buying a home or dealing with real estate investment property.
A great deal of time and investment has gone into learning about investing in real estate. I look for ways to provide meaningful, straight-forward and reliable investing information while instilling in buyers the confidence and willingness to fully exploit the opportunities that are available. As an investor myself, I facilitated an investor group in Union County for more than five years.
I have also placed considerable emphasis on assisting homeowners faced with foreclosure. My goal has been to help them remain in their home if at all possible or to sell the home and be released from any further liability on the loan. As a result, I have considerable experience in the area of short sales.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I spent a short time as a high school math teacher and as an analyst for a management consulting firm in Philadelphia. That was followed by twelve years in various program and budget analysis positions for the Department of the Army and Department of Energy. While employed by the Army, I earned an MBA at Syracuse University. It was there that I met my husband, Jack, who is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS with a private tax practice. He is also retired from the US Army.
I am delighted to be a member of the Emerald Pointe team. I have known the associates here ever since getting my NC real estate license and know that we are all committed to excellence in serving our clients. If you are looking for your dream home, considering selling your current residence, or if you just have a real estate related question, please contact me. It would be my pleasure to serve you.
