My name is Katie Helms. I was born and raised right here in Union County, and I love it here! I am married to Andrew Helms, and we have four little boys. Family is so important to me, and being able to spend as much time as possible with my kids while they’re still young is one of the reasons why I have chosen real estate.

I’ve been in the construction industry all my life and have worked in it for many years. In 2018, after my second son was born, I decided to quit my full-time career to be a stay-at-home Mom and work alongside my husband in building and developing. Together, we have built many spec homes, custom homes, and a few small developments, and we also invest in rental properties. Through that, I also grew a passion for real estate and decided it was something I wanted to do. With that said I would absolutely love to help you buy, sell, invest, or build your dream home!
